The work "The Passion" is a set of 14 large paintings, executed by the painter Jean-François Brahin and illustrating The Way of the Cross of Christ after the Gospels. It was composed following a selection by the cultural affairs of Narbonne for the Chapelle des Pénitents Blancs. Exhibited in 2002 in this Chapel, then exhibited in Morestel, The Abbey Church of Bernay in Normandy, at the L. Senghor Cultural Space in St-Foy-Les-Lyon, in Montpellier (Don Bosco), Prieuré Saint Pierre in Pont Saint Esprit, Saint Sauveur Cathedral in Aix-en-Provence, Palais des Congrés in Alpe d'Huez, Saint Vincent Church in Les Baux de Provence.
This exhibition, presented in beautiful frames of 127x127 cm, is available on request from the artist, for any association, gallery, private or public body, secular or religious, wishing to communicate on this universal theme treated in Contemporary Art.
An art book was published on this occasion, it reproduces the 14 detachable paintings (in 24x24 cm) with texts and drawings, under luxurious black jacket.
Each copy is numbered, signed, autographed on request.
